1. Who I am

RG Digital is a sole trader (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 97419575. My registered address is in Almere, the Netherlands. I can be reached at info@rg-digital.dev.

2. What data I collect

I collect only the data you voluntarily provide through my contact form:

Your name
Your email address
The message content you submit

I don't use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. This site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies or any persistent identifiers, and does not track or profile individuals across sites. It reports aggregate metrics such as page views and load performance only.

3. Why I collect it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. I don't use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and I don't sell or share it with third parties.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, responding to a message you initiated. Where you explicitly request a follow-up or newsletter, the basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. How long I keep it

Contact messages are retained for a maximum of 12 months, or until the matter is resolved, whichever comes first. Financial records required by Dutch law (belastingdienst) are kept for 7 years.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@rg-digital.dev. I will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

7. Third-party services

This website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. Contact form submissions are processed by a Cloudflare Worker and sent via Cloudflare Email Sending directly to my inbox — no third-party form service or CMS is involved. Where analytics is enabled, it runs through Cloudflare Web Analytics (see section 2).

8. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
